We offer priority shipping via the United States Postal Service. All shipments are packed in boxes that have received the “Cradle to Cradle” certification as being kind to the environment.
Please be sure to provide a full street address and as applicable, include your apartment or suite number. Rates are calculated based on the purchase price of the items per each destination as indicated on the Shipping Charges chart below.

What if my package is damaged in shipping?
In case of a damaged shipment, be sure to save everything, including the shipping carton. Shipments are insured for the full purchase value.
In the event of inclement weather and/or natural disaster, it is possible that delivery via any shipping method may be restricted or impaired. We cannot assume any responsibility in these instances. If you have provided us with a telephone contact number, we will attempt to advise you of anything that may interfere with your delivery.

We want you to love your new purchase. We inspect every item prior to shipment. However, should you find anything wrong with any item, or the size or color is not as expected, please call us at 919.678.8100 within 14 days of receipt so we can give you a return authorization.
We will accept returns with a return authorization within 14 days and issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. If an item is damaged in shipping, a replacement item will be sent to you if available with no additional shipping charge. If no additional replacement items are available, you can choose an item of equal value or receive a full refund.
